how do i place an order on your website?
- Add to Cart: Click the shopping cart icon or select "Add to Cart" on the product page to add your item.
- View Cart: Once you’ve added everything you want, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to proceed to checkout.
- Review Your Cart: Double-check your items and apply any coupon codes, then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- No Coupon? Sign up for our newsletter and enjoy 10% off your first purchase.
- Enter Your Details: Fill in your personal information and shipping address, then select your preferred payment method: PayFast (Credit or Debit Card), PayJustNow, or PayFlex.
- Accept Terms & Place Order: Review the terms and conditions, then click “Pay Now” to move forward.
- Complete Payment: You’ll be redirected to the payment gateway of your selected payment method to complete your transaction.
- Order Confirmation: Once your transaction is successful, you’ll receive an email confirming that your order is being processed. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case!
- Payment Failure: If your payment is unsuccessful, you'll receive an email with EFT details or a form for offline payments.
- Send Proof of EFT: Email proof of EFT to shop@iamtrend.com for processing.

how can i track my order?
If you placed your order before 12 PM (midday), you'll receive your tracking number by the end of the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next working day, and you'll receive your tracking number then.
Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update on our courier partner's system. However, you can track your order anytime on our website here.
how long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days, while local delivery in Cape Town takes 1-2 working days.
For orders placed after 12 PM (midday), shipping will occur on the next working day.
i never got my order, what should i do?

what is your return policy?
we accept returns on all full-priced, unworn, and unaltered items within 7 days of delivery. sale items are a final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. for all the details, check out our full returns policy here.
how do i submit a return?
we hope you’re loving your new iamtrend eyewear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
to request a return, log into ‘my account’ and submit a return request within 7 days of delivery, including your reason for the return. if the 7-day window has passed, the return option will no longer be available for that specific order or item.
what if my eyewear arrives damaged?
If an item has a defect due to manufacturing faults, we will gladly exchange it for the same value or offer a refund via the original payment method or store credit, within 7 days of delivery confirmation. This is subject to inspection and approval of the claim.
Items returned due to manufacturing faults will not incur exchange or refund shipping fees. If the claim is approved, these shipping fees will be covered by iamtrend.
Please note, items returned in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted.

can i have my prescription lenses fitted?
only selected collections, such as our acetate, stainless steel and titanium glasses are suitable for prescription lenses. however, it’s ultimately up to your optometrist's discretion whether they will fit the lenses for you. we've tested these collections, and they are compatible with prescription lenses.
please note that fitting prescription lenses into iamtrend frames is done at your own risk. We recommend contacting your optometrist first to ensure they have experience with similar frames.

- yoco (apple pay & google pay): enjoy a seamless checkout experience by selecting yoco to pay quickly and securely using your apple pay or google pay wallet.
- payflex: receive your eyewear now — select payflex at checkout and pay later in 4 interest-free installments.
- payjustnow: have your eyewear delivered to you now and choose payjustnow at checkout to split your payment into 3 easy, interest-free installments.
- snapscan: use your snapscan app to access your phone's camera and scan a snapcode (a unique qr code) to complete payment.
- eft (offline): simply email us at shop@iamtrend.com with your selected eyewear, delivery address, and mobile contact number. we’ll send you an invoice along with our banking details. once payment is made, email your proof of payment to shop@iamtrend.com, and we’ll ship your order right to your door.
- cash deposit: can be made at your selected bank using our banking details. once you have made payment, email your proof of payment to shop@iamtrend.com.
how does payjustnow work?
PayJustNow is a South African 'Buy Now, Pay Later' service that enables you to split your purchases into three equal, interest-free instalments. Here's how it works:
-Sign Up: Create a PayJustNow account by providing your South African ID, a valid debit or credit card, and your contact details.
-Shop: Browse through participating online or in-store retailers and select your desired items.
-Checkout: At checkout, choose PayJustNow as your payment method.
-Payment Schedule:
First Instalment: Pay the first third of the total purchase amount immediately when placing your order.
Second Instalment: Automatically debited on your chosen pay date, typically after your next payday.
Third Instalment: Debited on your chosen pay date the following month.
*As long as payments are made on time, there are no additional fees or interest charges.
By using PayJustNow, you can manage your budget more effectively while enjoying your purchases immediately.
how does payflex work?
payflex is a payment platform that allows shoppers to buy what they want now and pay later by splitting the payment for their purchase across four equal installments. check out with payflex and only pay 25% of today’s purchase price:
- checkout and choose payflex as your payment method at checkout.
- insert your valid south african id number.
- confirm your cell phone number.
- the payflex system will work in real-time. if you are approved, you’ll be able to shop immediately.
- make your first payment with any visa or mastercard debit, cheque, or credit card.
- set your own payflex password.
- your payment is divided into four equal interest-free installments, payable fortnightly, over six weeks.
-once your first payment is made, your goods are shipped immediately.
*note: shoppers must be over 18 years of age or over. if your payflex account is not approved, you’ll be redirected back to iamtrend, where you can select an alternative payment method to complete your order. default fees apply if you miss a payment.
