Refund policy

General:

• Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original packaging and unused.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  
• No returns or exchanges are allowed for:
  • Special orders
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Complimentary gifts
• Defective items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is granted.

Returns:

• You can return products within 14 days if:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for defective items.
• For defective items, you can return them within 6 months of delivery and choose between a replacement, repair, or refund.
• Eyewear fitted with prescription lenses cannot be returned if defective, as the eyewear has been modified by a third party.

Exchanges:

• You may exchange products within 14 days if:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging. Items sent in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • You have proof of purchase.

Please note:

• You will be liable for all exchange shipping costs, including collection and redelivery fees, except for defective items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Only full-priced products can be exchanged for other full-priced products, not sale items.
• Items bought on sale and/or promotion are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

The Process:

• If you meet the exchange requirements, our sales coordinator will request an EFT for the new delivery fee to secure the exchange.
• The exchange fee will match your initial delivery cost (R85 – R275).
• Once proof of payment is received, collection of the product(s) for exchange will be booked.
• iamtrend will deliver the new product(s) after receiving the original product(s) in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds:

• You may return products within 14 days if:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging. Items sent in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • You have proof of purchase.

• You will be liable for return shipping costs, except for defective items.
• Only full-priced items can be returned.

The Process:

• If you meet the return requirements, our sales coordinator will arrange product collection at the address linked to your order.
• Once iamtrend receives the product(s) in original condition and packaging, we will process the refund.
• A refund fee will be charged, equal to your initial delivery cost (R85 – R275), and deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
• Should you opt for store credit, it will expire in 3 years.
