exchanges & refunds

General:

  • iamtrend will happily accept refunds or exchanges, of any new, full-priced, unworn, and unaltered product(s) within seven days of delivery as long as the product is in its original packaging. we do not accept returns or exchanges on our sale product(s).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • It costs an additional fee to collect the eyewear, the fee is the same as the original shipping fee, this is deducted from the total amount refunded.
  • If you received free shipping for your order and wish to return your products, you will be liable to pay an return fee based on your postal code which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
  • Refunds take 1- 5 working days to process. EFT and credit card refunds will take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account due to the reflection delay between banks.
  • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you have up to 6 months from delivery to return it for a replacement, store credit, or refund. After inspecting the item, we will determine the best solution.
  • Please note, however, that if the eyewear has been tampered with or altered by a third party, iamtrend cannot take responsibility or be held liable.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Special orders
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Complimentary gifts
  • Defective items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is granted.

Exchanges:

  • You can exchange products within 7 days if:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging. Items sent in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • You have proof of purchase.
  • You will be liable for exchange shipping costs, except for defective items.
  • Only full-priced items can be exchanged for other full-priced items.

Returns:

You can return products within 7 days if:

  • Only full-priced items can be returned.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Store credits expires in 3 years.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.
